Competitive Team. Levels 3-10

Our women’s competitive team competes in the J.O USA Gymnastics program in levels 3-10. We also have all levels of XCEL. Our competitive program focuses on building life skills, developing self confidence & strong gymnastics technique. Even though gymnastics is an individual sport, we concentrate on teamwork. Teamwork is essential to a successful program. Our athletes have competed locally all the way to national levels. We have had many go on to earn NCAA scholarships.


Competitive Team. Levels 3-10

Our men’s competitive team competes in levels 3-10. We focus on building life skills, developing self confidence, and strong gymnastics technique. The coaches have done a phenomenal job in growing the men’s competitive program while keeping gymnastics fun for all boys and staff involved. The men’s team is very competitive at both local and national levels. We have had many athletes go on to NCAA scholarships and some have competed as US National Team members.


Ages 3-5

Children learn balance and coordination while being taught basic level gymnastics in a fun and energetic atmosphere. Our co-ed classes are designed to encourage independent progressions while children are taught gymnastics skills in a small group setting.


Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Levels

Athletes will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics on all four Olympic events while progressing through our beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Gymnasts are ages 6+ and learn skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.


Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Levels

Boys begin to learn the progressions of gymnastics on floor, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. Our boys gymnastics program starts at the age of 6+ and teaches the fundamentals of gymnastics while building strength and flexibility.


Children ages 6+

Children ages 6+ are taught extensive floor tumbling while building the strength, flexibility, and agility they need to progress to higher skills.



Competitive Team. Levels 3-10

Boys and girls develop body control and train movements over various obstacles and surfaces. Classes are separated by age levels and are 1 hour in length. Age groups are 3-5 years old, 6-11 years old, and 12+.
